  28.   Replaced "Minimum satellite range" with "Maximum magnitude" and removed 
  29.     "Visible passes only" flag. Brightness being the key to "seeing" a 
  30.     satellite. Also removed "Output all data" flag as this is the same as
  31.     setting Maximum magnitude to 100, Minimum Satellite elevation to -90,
  32.     and Maximum sun elevation to 90.
  33.   Added an entry for "Minimum mean motion". This allows the user to set the
  34.     limit to filter out geo-sync (or other) satellites to improve the
  35.     prediction speed for a large number of satellite elements. This was
  36.     hard coded at 10 in previous versions.
  37.   Fixed bug when changing location (lat, lon, ele) had no effect until the
  38.     program was restarted.
  39.   Improved error handling for disk I/O when writing prediction output.

  43.   Added a flag to select whether skipped satellite's NORAD number and Name
